Meet and greet at Cape Town International Airport and transfer to the Big 5 Private Game Reserve
We will pick you up from Cape Town International Airport and transfer you to the Big 5 Private Game Reserve near Mossel Bay. Along the way to meet the Big 5, we will stop for lunch (Lunch no included). After checking in at the Lodge you will have time to freshen up and relax after the long flight to South Africa and then have dinner at the lodge around 19:00.
Morning and afternoon guided game drive, visit the Post Office Tree and Bartolomeo Dias Museum in Mossel Bay
Day 2 Morning and afternoon guided game drive, Great White Shark Helicopter Flight (optional), visit the Post Tree and Bartolomeo Dias Museum in Mossel Bay
You will have an early start to the day with a morning safari in the reserve, followed by breakfast. After breakfast we will visit the 500-year-old post tree in Mossel Bay, used by early sailors to pass messages to each other, and you will have the opportunity to send your own letter to the sailors.
You will then visit the Bartolomeo Diaz Museum, where you will see a life-size replica of Diaz's caravel that he sailed on when he first set foot in South Africa, followed by lunch around 1:00pm (lunch not included ).
The Portuguese navigator made the first voyage around the tip of Africa in 1488 and made the first known contact with the indigenous Koi people in the Mosel Bay. Then we will return to the lodge for an afternoon guided game drive. Dinner around 19:00
Each guided game drive lasts between 2 and 3 hours, depending on the animals seen and weather conditions on the day. You'll have the opportunity to look for and see the Big 5: elephant, lion, leopard, rhinoceros and buffalo, and if you're lucky you might spot the free-roaming cheetahs. As well as a variety of antelopes such as springbok - the national animal of South Africa, impala, zebra, gemsbok, and other species specific to the flora and fauna of the Western Cape.
Morning and afternoon safari in the reserve
You will have an early start to the day with a morning game drive in the reserve, followed by breakfast. After breakfast you will be able to rest and use the rest of the facilities that the lodge offers. Lunch around 13:00 (lunch not included). We will then enjoy another afternoon safari. Dinner at the lodge around 19:00.

You will have an early start to the day with a morning safari in the reserve, followed by breakfast. After breakfast, you will travel to Cape Winelands, along the way we will stop for refreshments. In the afternoon you will check into a wine estate for the last two nights of your trip. You will have time to freshen up and relax and dinner around 19:00.
You will have the rare opportunity to stay in a historic wine estate, with traditional Cape Dutch architecture, with the estate's well-preserved beautiful gables, uneven floors made of hand-formed clay tiles and authentic window frames dating back to 1795. You will feel the charm of the old world combined with taste with all the modern amenities for a romantic stay. Dinner around 19:00.

Breakfast at 08:00. You will then visit the Riebeek Valley for an exclusive tour at the Riebeek’s coffee roastery, taste the nutty, herby and flowery aromas of the freshly grownded coffee. Your next stop is at Kloovenberg for a private guided olive and wine pairing. Than for lunch around 12:30 you will taste the best quality food paired with delicious wine form Marras Winery. Afterwards you will visit Allesverloren which dates back to 1704 and you will taste Port Style Wines at the Riebeek Wine Emporium. You will then we will return to the accommodation. Dinner around 18:30.
Tour of Stellenbosch - the wine capital of South Africa and transfer to Cape Town International Airport
Breakfast at 08:00 and departure from the wine state. After breakfast, you will take a short tour of Stellenbosch, the wine capital and second oldest town in South Africa, famous for its authentic Cape Dutch architecture . We will then take you to Cape Town International Airport. End of tour.
