Please read our terms and conditions before you book and make a payment to confirm your booking
WILDEKATT SAFARIS PTY) LTD - also referred to "Wildekatt Safaris", “us/our/we” terms and conditions. Client – you the person making the booking or tour/travel agency, also referred as “you”, "your". Website Visitor, userTour/ Safari – the tour you have booked.
By making a payment and confirming the booking, you/the client agrees to below terms and conditions of Wildekatt Safaris

Booking done +90 days before departure date: deposit 50% of the total booking value is required. Balance payment is required 60 days before departure date.

Booking done 89 days to 61 days before departure date: 50% of the total booking value is required (non-refundable deposit). Balance of full payment must be done latest 60 days before departure date.

Booking done 60 days or less before departure date: 100% of the total booking value is required and is non-refundable. The non-refundable payment is required to secure the booking of the tour.

Confirmation of a booking is made in writing via email once it is agreed upon by the client and Wildekatt Safaris. A 50% or a 100% of the total booking value is required, where applicable, within 7 days of written confirmation of a booking.

No quotation accepted or booking made by the client (provisional or final), shall be binding until such time as a final invoice has been issued and full payment received by Wildekatt Safaris.
Tour prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated. The price stated in the written booking confirmation and agreed upon is binding. The total amount paid for the tour price must equal the amount stated in South African Rand (ZAR) if paid in another foreign currency, unless otherwise stated. When making an international bank transfer, bank charges must be paid by the client. The indicated prices are subject to change without notice.
Payment Options: Secure online card payment (support 3D secure); EFT for domestic payments; International Bank Wire; cash in certain cases.
Cancellation and Refund Policy: Cancellation of a booking must be made in writing after it is agreed upon between the client and the Wildekatt Safaris. The written cancellation confirmation must be emailed directly to us.

89 days to 61 days before the departure date: forfeit is 50% of the total booking value (non-refundable deposit payment).

60 days or less before departure date, or NO SHOW, or curtailments of the tour: forfeit of full amount of the total value of the booking.

No refunds on unused day activities, services, or meals whilst on tour.
Claims and Refunds: Wildekatt Safaris will not accept any liability for any claims and will not provide refunds except as may be specifically allowed herein.
Inclusions and Exclusions: Inclusions and exclusions are strictly as specified in each and every itinerary. If any changes of the tour are made, they are subject to availability and must be agreed upon and confirmed in wiring between the client and Wildekatt Safaris.
Covid - 19: We will do our best to accommodate any changes to travel arrangements due to Covid - 19 related reasons where possible. In case of changes in the itinerary resulted by Covid -19 related reasons, all costs will be on client’s account and will be paid by the client. In case of cancellation: standard cancellation terms and conditions apply.
INDEMNIFICATION: You agree to indemnify, exempt and hold harmless Wildekatt Safaris, its owner, directors, employees, agents and affiliates, from any liability, claims or expenses incurred due to personal injury or loss of life while participating in any tour activity; while staying in accommodation pre-selected for the tour; in transit with Wildekatt Safaris, a service supplier or third-party vehicle, an aeroplane or any other mode of transport pertaining to a booking made with us; from and against any and all liability, losses, claims, damages, including, but not limited to, reasonable attorney’s fees, and or expenses of any kind, directly or indirectly related to: the tour; your breach of the Terms and Conditions; the user content you submit, post or transmit through the website and via email. to Wildekatt Safaris, its owner, employees, agents and affiliates.
Wildekatt Safaris, its owner, employees, agents and affiliates are not liable and will not give a refund if:

any traveller or a member of a group is denied entry into a country specified in the tour due to not being able to provide required legal travel documents at the port of entry.

if a child is refused an entry into a country that is part of your itinerary, due to not being able to provide the required legal travel documents of the child; an accommodation establishment refuses entry to an under-aged child where a child policy is strictly enforced; including, but not limited to children being refused on open safari vehicles for daily game drives and participating in guided bush walks or any other activates included in the client’s itinerary due to age restrictions

cannot be held liable for stolen and lost luggage

cannot be held liable for delayed flights or transfers that negatively affect the departure time of a tour booked with us. In this case the cost to provide alternative arrangements will be for the client’s expense.

the payment assumes acceptance of the indemnity and the terms and conditions by the client.

Wildekatt Safaris acts only as an agent for the various independent suppliers that provide hotel accommodations, transportation, sightseeing, indoor or outdoor activities, or other services connected with this tour. Such services are subject to the terms and conditions of those suppliers.
An Indemnity and Liability Release Form and Booking Terms and Conditions Agreement must be completed, signed and returned to Wildekatt Safaris together with the Confirmation form with personal client details, medial requirements/conditions and dietary condition for each and every person attending a tour, prior to making the deposit payment for the tour, and can be accepted online.
The Liability Release Form must printed and signed by each and every person attending the tour and must be emailed back to us before Final Proforma Invoice is issued and before the deposit payment is paid.
If these forms are not received in the given time, we reserve the right to cancel the booking with no obligation to refund the client’s payment.
Force Majeure: Wildekatt Safaris, the owner, employees, agents and affiliates will be excused for circumstances beyond their control, including Force majeure circumstances (unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control or the control of our suppliers could avoid not even with all due care) that result in a tour being delayed or cancelled and an accommodation establishment specified in a tour itinerary been changed due to limited availability or, if been deemed not suitable for clients. This ranges from declining standard of service to natural or man-made disaster; fire, flood, drought or adverse weather conditions; pandemics, epidemics or outbreaks of illness; political unrest and instability, including, but not limited to war, riots and violent protests, bomb explosion, terrorist attack; clients held hostage or hijacked; and air, cruise or ground travel disasters.
Insurances – Travel, Medical: The client understands that travel and medical insurance is compulsory and you confirm that you will have adequate comprehensive travel insurance to cover you and your children if you travel with children for costs related to medical emergencies, flight cancellations, loss of valuables as well as trip cancellation before the departure date of the tour. As well as an insurance to cover the client’s financial losses in the event he/she have to cancel the tour. This insurances must cover all the countries as specified as per the Itinerary.

The client travel insurance must provide cover against personal accidents, death, medical expenses and emergency repatriation.

You must provide proof of your travel insurance latest 7 days before the first day of the trip, the client will not be able to join the trip without it.

The client is responsible for determining what, if any, vaccinations, health or safety precautions are necessary or recommended.

All quotations and confirmations are based upon the information provided at the time of confirmation. It is full responsibility of the client to ensure all details are correct. Wildekatt Safaris will accept no responsibility for any omissions once the client has agreed to the final confirmation.
Travel documents and Visa’s: It is the sole responsibility of the client to check with the appropriate government authorities to determine the required travel documents, required at the port of entry of the country that will be visited. This includes, but not limited to a valid passport that does not expire within six (6) months of your date of departure from the country and it has at least two (2) blank pages for stamps, if required to obtain a valid visa and or certificate of vaccinations where required, unabridged birth certificate for children 18 years and younger if required.
Safety and Health Warnings: The safety of clients is Wildekatt Safaris priority, but it is your responsibility to abide to the rules and regulations of the country you are visiting and the area that you are visiting. including to adhere the rules and regulations regarding safety on safari tours, participating outdoor activities where you will encounter wild animals and there is a degree of risk for injury and loss of life. You’re a fully responsible for ensuring your safety in transit to tour destinations, visiting tourist attractions and activities, as well as at your accommodation, this includes staying with the group at all times and never being separated and/or delay for time specified in the schedule for attending any event, avoiding wrong doing, insubordination and lewd behaviour, that can result in you being harmed and/or arrested. For any emergencies must notify immediately the tour guide and the tour leader.
Medication: If the client uses medication provided and prescribed by the client’s health practitioner due to any medical condition, the client must carry the original prescription provided by the health practitioner throughout the course of the tour and should be available for inspection by duly authorised persons. Possession and use of an illegal substance are illegal and not permitted on any tour and will result in an immediate cancellation of services by Wildekatt Safaris and the expulsion from the tour with the loss of all monies paid to date and at clients personal expense.
Vaccination: It is client’s sole responsibility to acquaint with health risks, including vaccination requirements of the country, including regions in that are medium-to-high risk malaria areas. It is your responsibility to get in touch and visit a doctor for advice before departing for your trip.
Child Policy: South Africa and the other countries in the itinerary has specific and strict child policies for children travelling with parent(s) or a guardian. It is a sole responsivity of the clients who are travel with children to have all legal travel documents in order at the point of entry of each country that is visited during the tour. The client(s) are advised to check with the appropriate government authorities to determine the necessary legal travel documents required for travel with children. It is client’s sole responsibility of the client to disclose the age of each child travelling on the tour and confirm that the child is at the appropriate age for tour accommodation and day activities included in the itinerary. Wildekatt Safaris reserves the right to request a certified copy of a child’s birth certificate for any child travelling with parent(s) or a guardian, who is 12 years or younger..
Modifications of Itineraries, Accommodations: If the client wishes to make any changes to the itinerary, the client must notify and confirm in writing with us. Such changes must be discussed and agreed upon with. We will do our best to accommodate such changes where possible, and we reserve the right to adjust the final tour price to oblige client wishes. In this case the client is liable for any cost(s) that may occur for changes made. After the tour is booked, the itinerary cannot be changed. However Wildekatt Safaris reserves the right to change the itinerary slightly at the time of the booking or during the tour due to unplanned events or emergencies (weather conditions, limited availability of the accommodation at the time of the booking, etc.). In this case we or our agent, or the tour guide will notify you.
Modifications of our Terms and Conditions: Wildekatt Safaris reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions when needed, at its sole discretion. This change will be effective as soon as published on our website.
Our Website content use: The content of our website is created for better comprehension of the services and indication of prices we offer. The final details of the tour itinerary and the tour price is only binding after agreed and confirmed in writing between the client and Wildekatt Safaris.
The contend of our website remains copyright property of Wildekatt Safaris and cannot be copied, reproduced, posted, uploaded, republished, distributed or transmitted without a written consent from us. The same applies also to the content of all our marketing materials posted by us on all third party websites.
By continuing to use wildekattsafaris.com, you are deemed to have read, understood, accepted, and agreed to be bound by all of its terms and conditions and privacy policy as well as other content provided by us. If you do not agree with this policy, please refrain from using our website.
Photos and Reviews: We reserve the right to use or remove any photos and reviews submitted by you to our office, Facebook page, Instagram Page, Twitter Page, Tripadvisor, via an email to us, on our website or on third party website.
Privacy Policy: All information received from the client on the booking form, on payment forms, from our website, and correspondence via email and from all our marketing will be treated with most strict confidentiality, and it will be used for direct communication relating to the client travel needs. Your personal and travel information will be used for delivering the services offered. No information will be sold or provided to anyone other than the parties related to the services we offer in terms of the applicable law.
Our website may collect certain information, which will only be used to analyse and improve our website, to ensure you get the best experience on our website. Legal: The above terms and conditions are exclusively governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of South Africa whose Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute, save that we have the right, at our sole discretion, to commence and pursue proceedings in alternative jurisdictions.
